The Empowerment Challenge is a local Geelong based charity supporting younger mums with a safe space where they can feel empowered, connected, respected, and valued.

The groups provide informal mentorship, community connection and introduce younger mums to essential local services, including domestic violence support.

In March 2023, Tom had an ischemic stroke and feels immensely grateful he is has been given the opportunity to lead a normal life and give back to help support those less fortunate than himself.

With one person every 11 minutes experiencing a stroke in Australia, they need our support.

Wounded Heroes Australia is a national charity organisation providing 24/7 crisis support for both current serving and past serving (veterans) and their families in financial crisis, homeless and at risk of homelessness.  

 

They do not receive any government funding and rely on public and corporate donations to provide this support.

The Australian Marine Conservation Society is Australia’s leading independent national charity dedicated solely to protecting our precious ocean wildlife.

Delta Therapy Dogs is a national charity dedicated to helping animals and people bring joy to each other. Their volunteer led Delta Therapy Dogs program brings therapy dogs into hospitals, aged care facilities, schools, and other community settings to provide comfort, companionship, and connection.
