Director and Head broker

Aaron embraces collaboration with his clients to provide finance solutions in a dynamic environment. With over two decades experience in lending, Aaron’s knowledge is broad and diverse.

Aaron will focus on the optimal outcome whilst navigating through the complexities of each loan application. His approval phone call will never lose its lustre as he knows it’s often your dreams becoming reality

Living in the sporting capital of the world, Aaron, Ava and Pippa are always out and about, exploring the diversity at their doorstep. Whether it’s footy at the G, golf down the Peninsula, bike riding along the Yarra or The Australian Open, their calendar is always filled with Purple!!

Unashamedly the highlight of Aaron’s winter weekends are the girl’s soccer games. Their boundless energy remind him of the simplicity in life when it’s one dimensional. Eat, learn, have fun, sleep repeat…

Director

Tom has a strong foundation in finance with over 16 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant. Known for his professionalism and attention to detail, Tom is focused on delivering tailored financial solutions to meet our clients’ unique needs, ensuring that every step of the journey is transparent and efficient as possible.

In March 2023 Tom had a stroke and has been extremely fortunate the impact was limited. Tom realised the importance in taking ownership of your goals, being proactive and taking positive steps forward across all aspects of your life. Building up Loxley Financial to generate recurring revenue streams for charity partners is a key driver for him to pay back the gratitude he feels for his own recovery.

Outside of the office, Tom will either be found at CrossFit Ocean Grove, trying to beat Aaron at Pickleball, walking up in the You Yangs or down on the beach with his family and two dogs Rudi and Ripley.
