Aaron has assisted me over many years to firstly purchase our principal home and then some years later to purchase a holiday house.  As we built the holiday house, Aaron was able to organise the funding in such a way that we controlled the release to the builder at each stage, rather than the bank being involved.  This made the payments to the builder a lot smoother and I have no doubt reduced our building time.
